They apply whether you buy an assistant on its own or as part of a bundle. These terms are in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookies policy for aigrants.org.
By purchasing and using this Product, you consent to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Product.
The AI Grant Toolkit is a set of digital, AI-powered assistants created by Twister Hub LLC (twisterhub.ai) and provided through AI Grants (aigrants.org). Depending on what you purchased, your purchase includes:
This Product does not include live training, group coaching, or done-for-you grant writing.
To purchase and use this Product, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You will also need:
No prior experience is required, though basic digital proficiency is helpful.
After purchase, you will receive access details at the email address you provided. We intend the Product to remain available to you for at least twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, and for as long after that as we continue to offer it and OpenAI's ChatGPT platform continues to support custom GPTs — unless access is removed due to third-party platform restrictions outside our control.
Because the Product is digital and access is delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please review these terms — and email help [at] aigrants.org with any questions — before you buy.

Twister Hub LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party tools, that the assistants will always perform as expected, or that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. AI makes mistakes — review, fact-check, and verify every output before you use or submit it.
Artificial intelligence evolves rapidly. Tools, platforms, and best practices may change at any time, and outputs or techniques from this Product may become outdated as technology advances. We make every effort to keep the Product practical and current but cannot guarantee future effectiveness.
Using this Product involves third-party AI tools (OpenAI's ChatGPT) that process your inputs through their own systems, under their own policies. We do not control those systems, and we do not receive or store your conversations with the assistants. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy terms of any third-party platform you use. We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated by email or posted at the purchase site. Continued use of the Product means you accept the revised Terms.
