The short version: AI Grants is a free public directory. We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we only ask for your email if you choose to subscribe. Every grant listing links out to the official government or sponsor page — you always apply directly with them, never through us.

Cookies we use

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to make the site work and to remember your choices:

Essential / authentication — to keep you signed in and secure when account or saved-progress features are enabled.
Preferences — to remember settings like your consent choice and your progress through our interactive guides (stored in your own browser).
Analytics (aggregate) — to understand which grants and pages are most useful, so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.
Advertising / measurement — we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure and improve our ads and to show relevant ads to people who've visited the site. You can decline non-essential cookies with the banner, and manage ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner on the site, and you can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.

Information we collect

If you subscribe to the grant alerts or newsletter: your email address (opt-in only).
If you book a call or contact us: the details you choose to share.
If you buy a paid product (such as the AI Grant Toolkit): your name, email, and order details, processed by our payment and CRM providers.
Automatically: basic, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type).

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we never ask you to enter financial or government-ID details to use the directory.

How we use it

To send the grant alerts and resources you asked for.
To respond to you and, if you request it, help you pursue a funding opportunity.
To improve the directory and keep listings accurate.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message.

Purchases & the AI Grant Toolkit

When you buy the AI Grant Toolkit or another paid product, our payment processor and CRM collect the information needed to complete and support your purchase — typically your name, email, and order details. Payment providers handle card details directly; we do not store your full card number.

The Toolkit's AI assistants run inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. Anything you type into or upload to the assistants is processed by OpenAI under OpenAI's own privacy policy and terms — not ours. We do not receive, see, or store your conversations with the assistants. Please don't paste sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or other people's personal data) into the assistants, and redact or anonymize any documents before uploading them.

Who we share with

Only the trusted service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example, our email and CRM platform). They may only use your data to provide those services to us.

Accept or decline non-essential cookies.
Unsubscribe from emails anytime.
Ask us to access or delete the personal information you've shared — email us and we'll take care of it.
